Last updated: October 2026.
Who is responsible?
NedApex Bouw en Renovatie, based in Purmerend, the Netherlands. For questions about your data, email info@nedapexbouw.nl. Further details are available on our business details page.
What data do we use and why?
When you request a quotation or contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project address if supplied, project description and optional photographs. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations, communicate and carry out agreed work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We also process invoicing and accounting details where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Contact form and confirmation
Form submissions are processed over a secure connection and forwarded to our business mailbox. Any attached photos are included in the enquiry. You receive an automatic email confirmation without the photo attachments. You do not need to consent to marketing to request a quotation. We do not use the form to sign you up for newsletters.
Who receives your data?
We use service providers for hosting and email, including Hostinger. When needed for your project, relevant information may be shared with specialist tradespeople such as plasterers or painters. We share only what is necessary. WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok apply their own privacy policies if you follow those links.
Cookies and website statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) only if you explicitly accept optional analytics cookies. After consent, Analytics can collect information about page visits and interactions such as clicks on WhatsApp or telephone links and successfully submitted contact forms. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents as Analytics event parameters. You can refuse analytics without affecting the website and change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button. The website stores your choice locally in your browser. Google may process analytics information on servers outside the European Economic Area; see Google’s privacy information for details. Our hosting provider may process technical logs to deliver and protect the site.
How long do we keep information?
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for enquiries and projects. Accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Other correspondence and project information are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. Email info@nedapexbouw.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Applications from independent tradespeople
When you apply to collaborate with NedApex, we process the contact and business details you submit, your trade, years of experience, Chamber of Commerce registration number, answers about qualifications, business insurance, van and tools, preferred working area, availability and any optional project photographs. We use this information to assess whether a future professional collaboration might be suitable and to contact you about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating potential business partners and, where applicable, taking steps towards an agreement. We do not use the information for unsolicited marketing.
Applications and photographs are sent to our business mailbox via our hosting and email provider. We only share information with others when needed for a potential collaboration. We periodically review applications and delete them when no longer relevant. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or photographs of people without their permission. You may request access or deletion using the contact details above.
Form security and spam prevention
To prevent abuse of our contact and application forms, we use technical measures such as a hidden verification field, submission-time checks, rate limits and detection of unsolicited promotional messages. A hashed version of the IP address may be processed temporarily to limit repeated submissions. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare verifies whether a form submission is legitimate. Cloudflare may process technical data, including IP addresses and browser information, according to its own privacy terms. These measures are intended to prevent spam and abuse, not for advertising tracking.
