Which business clients does NedApex work with?

We focus on property managers, housing associations, homeowners’ associations, companies and other organisations requiring maintenance or renovation work.

Do you carry out change-of-tenancy maintenance?

Yes. This can include building repairs, carpentry and preparing a property for new occupants. We agree the scope based on the inspection or work list.

Do you have experience with energy-efficiency upgrades?

Yes. The owner gained practical experience with energy-efficiency improvements and change-of-tenancy maintenance on projects for Coen Hagedoorn and Hemubo. This refers to previous work experience, not an official NedApex partnership.

Can you coordinate several trades?

Depending on the project, we can coordinate carpentry, painting, plastering and other work with specialist trade partners.

Can you inspect a property for maintenance work?

Yes. For a suitable enquiry, we can arrange to review the property and discuss the work, access and scheduling.

Can you work in occupied properties?

This depends on the type of work. We discuss access, safety, disruption and communication with residents in advance.
